My mission is to encourage and support you to put your health & wellness needs first. As a Health Coach, Yoga Instructor and Registered Nurse, I am proud to provide a high quality level of customer service, medical and alternative health experience and a commitment to truly listen to all my clients. My goal is to guide you to find the space in which healing and wellness occur naturally through yoga, meditation and health/nutrition coaching.
With years of experience in yoga and meditation, I will assess and create a custom program for you to meet your exercise/weight loss goals or alternatively, you can join one of our public classes.
The Health & Nutrition Coaching Program is formulated to ensure results. I work with you to create a plan that's right for you. I understand the importance of coaching you on the most effective ways to take care of your body and mind, so that you can reach optimal health and wellness.
As a Health Coach, I work with Mums who struggle with weight loss, fatigue, anxiety and those who want to improve their fitness and nutrition. I also work to prevent pain and illness from occurring. I strive to help you improve your quality of life, achieve your wellness goals, and tune into the needs of your body, mind and spirit to live your best life possible.
I do this by working with you one-on-one in my Health Coaching Program to provide you with individualised support and recommendations to meet your unique goals.

A little about me:
I am a true Canadian living in Australia. I eat hemp seeds and maple syrup and I feel at home in the surf coast area!
I love my yoga, barre, pilates, dancing, photography and spending time with my beautiful family.
I have a zest for life that usually results in me enrolling in new ways to learn about health and wellness and I am a helper and healer at heart.
I pride myself in being an active listener and look forward to hearing your story, your hopes and goals for your future and how we can work together to get your from where you are to where you want to be through health coaching and if interested, yoga and meditation.
I have been in the health industry now for over 10 years starting as a medical office assistant and growing into a Registered Nurse focusing on cardiology and urgent care; Yoga Instructor teaching public and private Hatha and Ashtanga classes and furthered my study to become a Certified Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Instructor; and most recently turning my passion for health, healing and wellness into Health Coaching with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
As a nurse by trade and a Mum to two young children, you can guess that stress was and is a big part of my life. I realised very quickly I needed something to balance that out. Yoga & Meditation have been my way of finding inner peace and a way to quiet down the noise in daily life. I love it and it lights me up to be able to share it with others.
I am passionate about my health and healing and have learned a lot through formal education and self exploration and study. I am excited to be in the health care field.
